Phyllis Joan Hill

Phyllis Joan Hill, age 93, peacefully entered eternal rest on Sunday, February 22, 2026, at Hospice of Dayton. She was born on June 30, 1932, in Dayton, Ohio, to the late Gerald and Edna Adams. Phyllis was raised in a loving home alongside her siblings: Gerald Jr., Carolyn, and Albert.

On June 24, 1955, Phyllis was united in holy matrimony to Timothy Hill, with whom she shared 51 years of devoted marriage. A lifelong resident of Dayton, she worked for Elder-Beerman for 47 years, serving her community with kindness, dedication, and grace.

Phyllis was a charter member of Mt. Carmel Missionary Baptist Church, where she faithfully served on the Usher Board. Her gentle presence, loving heart, and commitment to her church family will forever be cherished.

She was preceded in death by her beloved children, Nathaniel Fuller (Jamaal Hussam) and Crysta Baker (Hill).

Left to honor her memory are her sons Anthony Fuller and Phillip Fuller (Zubair Hussam); grandchildren Anthony Fuller Jr., Jameel Sinkfield, Natalie Fuller, Natasha Fuller, Nakeisha Fuller, Andru Vance; as well as many additional grandchildren, great grandchildren, extended family, and friends. Her legacy of love, strength, and faith will live on in all who were blessed to know her.
